| Article: | If you generate Single Computer registration codes your users will only be able to use them on one computer. Formatting their drive or changing computers will cause their registration code to fail.
To allow your users to use their code again you will need to reset their registration code either using the Reset button in the Users area, or by placing code on your website.
To generate that code, click Tools followed by the Computer ID Reset tab.
You will see generated code that can be copied directly onto your website. This will allow users to enter email address and registration code to manually reset their registration code and use their code on a new system. |
